The Firm’s professionals perform the functions of statutory auditors in various industrial, commercial and financial companies, including holding companies, investment companies and in public entities.

The associates are all registered in the register of statutory auditors. They also perform the functions of auditor and are members within other supervisory and control bodies, such as the Supervisory Bodies of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.


In addition, the Firm’s professionals carry out financial due diligence activities, draw up appraisals, certify the costs incurred in the context of research projects funded by the European Union and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
